After 250 performances in English, German and Italian, Rick Miller finally got the chance to perform BIGGER THAN JESUS entirely in French.  Le Théâtre d'Ailleurs, part of the Carrefour international de théâtre de Québec , presented the play as part of the 10th anniversary of Robert Lepage's company Ex Machina and their theatre, La Caserne Dalhousie.  By all accounts, it was a HUGE success; both shows sold out in a matter of weeks.  As always, the talkbacks were fascinating, given that the Catholicism has very deep roots in Quebec.  Next stop for la version francaise of BTJ is Rick's hometown, Montreal, in 2008-09.  For more info, please visit www.wyrdproductions.com.
